A FAMILY OF SCIENTISTS
Hi there…we’re Cassie and Asaf, and we’re a couple of scientists turned cheese makers. I guess you could call us “Curd Nerds.”
Just outside of Boise, Idaho, we’re also proudly raising a ton of kids. Well…we’re raising four of the human kind and an ever-increasing number of the goat kind.
We raise a rare breed of goats, the beautiful Oberhasli. Our farm is a full-circle operation. We operate a Grade-A, ISDA Certified dairy and creamery just outside Boise, Idaho. There we rear and milk goats and make handmade farmstead cheese and goat’s milk soap.
Our goats free-range on pasture and Alfalfa and are fed locally sourced grain.
